What areas do you serve?

We currently serve from Reno to Sacramento. This includes Sparks, Incline Village, Washoe County, Carson City, Douglas County (Minden, Gardnerville, Genoa, Stateline Lake Tahoe), Nevada County, Nevada City, Grass Valley, Auburn, Sacramento.

My Wedding is in California. Can I still book you?

Yes! We recently got California licensing and can now service from Reno Nevada to Sacramento California. This includes beautiful Lake Tahoe!  

I would like the florals to be moved from my wedding ceremony site to the reception area. Is this possible?

Of course! We make this process as easy as possible by offering relocation services to our clients. Relocation services are available for an additional fee. 

What does it mean when it says price is for one setup/location only?

That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. 

What is the range for included delivery fees?

We will deliver for free from Reno to Sacramento or within 100 miles from Nevada City. Beyond our 100-mile radius, there is an additional fee of $4.00 per mile up to 50 miles. 

What are the extended rental fees for pickups after 9pm?

10:30pm charge of $150

11PM charge of $200

11:30pm charge of $250

12AM charge of $300

However, we will work with your venue for next-day pickups for indoor set-ups to avoid these fees when possible. This can only be made available if the product is not booked the next day, the venue is secured, and our team can facilitate a morning pick-up.

Do you offer floral services beyond rental arches and aisle flowers?

For the time being, we focus exclusively on large floral installations. These are the most expensive floral arrangements and typically require high quantities of flowers. By providing rentals for these large statement pieces, we help our clients save money and reduce one-time-use waste at their wedding. However if you need table centerpieces, we can do something simple and beautiful for you.

Can I customize the rentals to fit my event palette?

Absolutely! We want to ensure that our pieces fit seamlessly into our clients’ vision and desired palette. We are happy to add pops of color to any of our rentals for a small additional fee. While we can always add flowers, we are unable to remove flowers from any of our rentals.

What kind of events can these floral installations be used for?

Beyond renting florals for weddings, these floral arches can be used for wedding proposals, store openings, quinceaneras, birthday parties, corporate events, bachelorette parties, baby showers, anniversary parties, and more!

What if I want to see an arch, arrangement, or backdrop in person first?

We do not do in-person showings for our products. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. We also occasionally offer open houses and wedding shows in the area where our rental arches and accessories are displayed at different venues. Please email us for an upcoming open house date.

Can I request a brand new arch or arrangement for my event?

At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on new products that we will make available as soon as possible. We do offer customization services where we add colored flowers to the arches and pillars, but we cannot remove flowers. 

There is an Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it, can you get this for me?

We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the details of what you are looking for and we can let you know if this is possible.
