Timeless Arches is based in Nevada City, CA and proudly serves couples from Reno, NV through Lake Tahoe to Sacramento, CA.

My name is Heather, and my love of flowers started before I even knew it. When I was a kid, I spent summers at my grandmother's house in Florida, where she owned a floral shop. I spent many golden days playing amongst the beauty. She passed away over 20 years ago, and I still feel her presence every time I work on a new project. She is my inspiration — and the heart behind everything I create.

In 2024, I left Huntington Beach and Timeless Arches was born. My family has been a huge reason why I am able to live this dream, and I am forever grateful.

Our Mission

At Timeless Arches, we believe that your wedding should be jaw-droppingly beautiful — without the jaw-dropping price tag. We provide stunning, airy, and lush floral installations at a fraction of the cost of real flowers, helping our clients create the event of their dreams with ease and confidence.

We are also deeply committed to sustainability. By renting our arches and installations time and time again — and upcycling the florals we retire — our clients can enjoy breathtaking floral décor while reducing the tremendous amount of waste generated in the wedding industry. Beautiful, affordable, and kind to the planet.

Our Florals

When it comes to faux florals, quality makes all the difference. At Timeless Arches, we hand-curate only the finest premium faux florals — pouring over reviews and carefully assessing the look, feel, and movement of every bloom we use.

Many of our flowers are real-touch, meaning they are practically indistinguishable from fresh flowers — even when touched. Each one is hand-painted, so no two flowers are identical. All of our florals are botanically accurate in size, shape, and color, resulting in lifelike installations that are as beautiful as fresh — but will never wilt, brown, or fade in the heat or sun.
