Panic Moving Fee

Specifically, this fee will be charged if a client insists on proceeding with an outdoor setup when rain or high winds are in the immediate forecast and our team is required to move items in unsafe weather conditions. Exposure to rain and wind can cause permanent damage to our premium floral rentals, and this fee helps cover the risk and additional labor involved.

If you have concerns about weather on your event day, we encourage you to reach out as early as possible so we can work together on a backup plan.
