Wood Arch Rental with Metal Pole System | Rustic Wedding Ceremony Arch | Reno, Lake Tahoe & Sacramento

Need an arch structure for your venue? This rental provides the metal pole bar system with solid wood front panel — the framework we use to install our signature floral designs when your venue doesn't have an arch of its own.

This is not a standalone or DIY rental. The Wood Arch Front is only available as part of a Timeless Arches floral design package — our team handles everything, from the arch structure to the full floral installation. It's simply here so that couples whose venues don't provide an arch can still enjoy our full ceremony arch experience.

How It Works

• Book one of our arch floral designs (such as the Love Story, Enchanted, or Red Rose Arch Adornment)
• If your venue doesn't have an existing arch structure, add this rental to your order
• We bring the arch, install your chosen floral design, and handle full setup and breakdown

• This rental is only available alongside a Timeless Arches floral design — it cannot be rented independently
• Florals are not included in this listing — they are part of your chosen arch design package

Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included with all rentals. We serve Reno, NV, Lake Tahoe, Sacramento, CA, and surrounding areas.

Minimum Order: A $1,000 minimum rental order is required.
